Liquid version of foam soap dispenser

Customer M from the Netherlands has been purchasing our 8oz foam soap dispenser for a long time. One day in 2020, the customer reported that after market testing and gathering market feedback information, it was indicated that the 8oz capacity seemed too small for some customers. Moreover, some customers, although they liked the shape of this product, expected it to have a liquid dispensing function. For us, this is undoubtedly a double challenge because it means that the structures of both the pump head and the glass bottle need to be modified.

This pump is our CB-45, it had foaming version only in 2020, it can only dispensing foam, no one had tried to make it a liquid version. Similar difficulty was true for glass bottles, the existing 16oz bottles have different caliber and thread. We had to start a completely new mold-making process on our own. Fortunately, after active coordination from multiple parties and going through processes such as mold opening, trial molding, and a series of strict tests, we finally successfully created this improved product.

At present, the customer's product is still continuously sold on the market, and the sales trend is getting better and better. Not only that, later we also specially designed an exclusive lid for this enlarged glass bottle, thus deriving a unique aromatherapy bottle series product, further enriching our product line and bringing more choices and value to customers.
